I can sync inkscape 0.47 from Debian unstable.
Scribus is still at 1.3.3.13 even in Debian.
There is a pre-release of Openoffice 3.2 on Debian experimental, I don't 
think it is a good idea to sync that yet !

Can't do that, or else each region would ask for the same. Maybe that's 
a request for the various regional Loco teams to customize Sabily for 
the needs of their region.
