As far as I know, Sabily is not an arabic distro. It is a distribution mainly targetting muslims. So it is not like Joatha & Ojuba that, as far as I understand, mainly target arab muslims. Yes there we do try to serve the arabic language mainly, because Qur'an and other Islamic literature is in arabic. Also, if I remember correctly, at the beginning, most of those working on Sabily were not arabs, the artist was bro Yulian from Indonesia, most packages were done by bro Mehdi.
