The license that you explained in your email is about Al Quran instead zekr.

we`re in Indonesia have one project is call : BlankOn Linux
(http://blankonlinux.or.id) is Ubuntu base for Indonesian people with
indonesian language.
now in the BlankOn Linux we will make 'racikan' or derivate for
Muslim, and we call it : BlankOn Sajadah.
we will make it like Sabily and Ubuntu, but we have difficuly abaout
