Assalamo alaykom,
Just when webstrict start it launch only tinyproxy, so started manually
dansguardian, when I tried to stop services via webstrict also only
tinyproxy is stopped, I think that it act only on tinyproxy.
Ifind this lines in webstrict log:

DansGuardian has not been configured! Please edit
/etc/dansguardian/dansguardian.conf manually then rerun this script.
firehol is not installed. No action taken.
