"gufw: easy to use Ubuntu Firefwall" is supposed to be included in
Sabily Badr 11.04. It appears it hasn't been installed.
The terminal shows:
gufw
The program 'gufw' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install gufw
