[Sab] First Use of Sablotron ! missing required XSLT attribute !!!

Hello,

I'm using today for the first time sablotron (0.44) with Win-NT 4.0 (SP6)

I invocated sablotron with sabcmd.exe:

sabcmd.exe task.xsl <tlist.xml >task.html
task.xsl [line:2] [node:element '<xsl:stylesheet>']

missing required XSLT attribute
This is the begin of task.xsl:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
                xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">
I readed the User-Guide but I don't know what I did false.
I checked the structure of task.xsl with MS-IE and the XSL-Structure
is valid (says MS-IE) !.
Could somebody help me ?
