[Sab] Compile Sablotron on HP-UX.

If anybody has experience getting Sablotron compiled on HP-UX 11.0 using 
gcc/g++ 2.95-2, please contact me. I'm having a little difficulty working 
through the make process. (I can post further details to the list if 
nobody has worked on this before...)
