To my knowledge, character escaping in Sablot is not too far away from
what the spec says; one of the few remaining issues is escaping in HTML
<SCRIPT> tags. As for encodings, the only problem I'm aware of (again
from the specification's point of view) is the lack of support for
UTF-16 output. Please tell me if I'm forgetting something.
