Just had to bring this up. ;-)
We do index some mailing lists on GoXML, and people use the public interface
primarily to find information about XML. (Examples, etc..)
It's got an XQI type of interface that can be used to add new messages
automatically.
Caveat: I work here. (But in a different department)
