Problems

Hey,
 
I'm new so forgive me if these questions have been asked or answered
already!
 
One ... I'm having trouble including an xsl stylesheet within another xsl
stylesheet.
    - Specifically, when I do so, I cannot call a named template from the
include stylssheet
 
Two ... Where can I get complete documentation of the implementations and
limitations of 0.42 release.
 
Three ... What are the 'said' limitations of the document  ( URI ) call ..
for instance, this doesn't seem to work ...
    <xsl:variable name="layout" select="document('layout.xml')"/>
