long time no hear :)
As far as I know you already have a CVS account. It was activated
about 4 weeks ago. Sterling Hughes and Derick Rethans wrote on the
php-dev list that they were trying to contact you so as to ask
for permission to use your extension module but for some reason
couldn't get hold of you.
I am not quite sure what you are unhappy about but I think the best
would be to contact Sterling so that you can discuss it with him.
