Hi,

we haven't run Sablotron on the Docbook stylesheets (in fact, I only
downloaded them a while ago myself) but it appears they would make a
nice test suite. Thank you for a good idea.

As I looked at the stylesheets, it seemed that most would run; a few
constructs are unsupported but not too difficult to add (the preceding::
and following:: axes, xsl:comment, xsl:preserve-space, xsl:strip-space).

A more serious problem (but the one on top of my to-do list) is support
for xsl:output and for xsl:import.

All in all, it's not too bad, and we'll try our best to make Sablotron
able to run these stylesheets.

Tom Kaiser

PS. By the way, to find out exactly what parts of the XSLT spec are
currently implemented in Sablotron please check the Sablotron
documentation (available from the Ginger Alliance site). We tried to
include reasonably detailed information on this.
