There is a new version of Sablotron available for download.
Changes include:
- Fixed an elusive bug in HashTable causing occasional crashes
- Added the namespace-alias() and message() functions
[patch by Major]
- More fixes related to: XML namespace declarations, nested
stylesheet inclusion, Byte Order Mark in UTF-8 doc,
"SYSTEM" in DOCTYPE declaration, the preceding-sibling and
following-sibling axes, iconv.
- Patch for OpenBSD [Anil Madhavapeddy].
The most important improvement is that a mysterious bug resulting in
instability of 0.43 under certain conditions has been fixed. The 0.44
hopefully seems to be a solid basement for adding new features in the
near future. The next major release (0.50) should support <xsl:sort> and
<xsl:key>.
There are still some patches related to input/output characters encoding
not included in current version. Encoding policy has to be redesigned to
be more consistent, which requires some more time. The patches will be
used for this task; authors, please be patient...
