[Sab] Sablotron 0.50 Installation and Expat

Hello!

I just downloaded Sablotron and expat.
I installed expat in a non-system directory (configure
--prefix=nonsystemdir/expat, gmake install)
and did setenv CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH nonsystemdir/expat/include.
Sablotron configure still complains about not finding the xml parser....
