[Sab] 0.50 and SablotSetEncoding

hello!

How should this function be used ? I had a problem with my
installation of iconv (the encodings are called 8859-1 instead of
iso-...)
and tried SablotSetEncoding(proc, "8859-1") now, but it is still not
working.
Did I do anything wrong ?
