[Sab] Sablot.050 on UW 7.1.X needs -lm added to the LIBS in Sablot/command

To whom it may concern,

I had to add to Makefile -lm in front of -lexpat

LIBS = -lm -lexpat

On SCO UnixWare 7.1.X.
