[Sab] Sablotron 0.50 include search path

Heya. Seems like Sablotron 0.50 doesn't add $prefix/include/ as a
default include file search path. This should perhaps be done, since
it's very likely that expat.h will be available in that directory (as
it was in my case). Now I had to run configure like this:
CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include"  ./configure
