This was with 0.50, but yes I can certainly see how such things are
very tricky to find.

Concerning Docbook XSL: I personally believe XSL is a much nicer way
to do XML -> laid out HTML  than DSSSL. Or, in the very least,
easier. I wish I could be of more help with this but my knowledge of
C++ is close to zero. I know C well, but unfortunately that's not all
that helpful for C++. :-(
