this is true. it's not possible. and it makes sense, 'cause the parser
knows from the beginning, what to include and not only after executing.
makes it possible to write faster parsers, i read.
as a solution and since we read the whole xsl-file anyway into php, i
change the to-include-file with a ereg_replace in the php-code. does the
job fine for me :)
