[Sab] sablot.dll

I would like to know if the sablot.dll which comes with sablot-
winnt_052 .zip is the exact equivalent of the standalone sabcmd.exe 
in the same zip, except that the dll is called by php for instance.

that is if a succesfull transformation with sabcmd is guaranteed to 
be the same when called from php 

or is it that sabcmd itself calls sablot.dll...
