[Sab] xml::sablotron

Hi

I have difficulties to install xml::sablotron under winnt4

I have xml::parser 2.29 well installed (expat)
but running perl makefile.pl issues
checking for main in lexpat ... you do not appear to have libexpat in teh
library search path

don't know if it the right list, but foir now nobodyu can answer in perl
