The output via sabcmd is 100% .
Appreciate the effort .
Unfortunately now it's a PHP issue as the same files are 
generating errors when processed with php.


I think that slazaris in a earlier reply might have touched on this
problem .
(PHP has in it's own right an issue with encoding sets) 

This falls out of the sablist terrain as such but if there is someone
with a 
suggestion,please let me know .
