[Sab] SUN UTF-8 to ASCII

[Bernhard Zwischenbrugger]

Using Sablotron 0.52 on a Sun Solaris OS we miss a UTF-8 to ASCII konverting
library (ascii%UTF-8.so?).
Did we anything forget during the compileing process or is there any possibility
to download the required library?
