[Sab] Sab adds html tags

Hi, I'm new at sablotron, but not xslt. After processing xslt I saw
this tag <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=UTF-8"> on my html source on browser.
Why does Sab adds it?? Can anybody tell me how to remove it or change
charset attribute value???
