[Sab] Sablotron 0.60 with ident makes empty first line

Hello and thank You for Your fine work with Sablotron.

I am using the 60 Windows version with
<xsl:output method="xml" encoding = "UTF-8"
   indent="yes"
   omit-xml-declaration="no"
        doctype-public = "-//Pearson//DTD Books//DE" doctype-system = 
"pearson.dtd" > </xsl:output>

Is it possible that there is an empty first line in output (which disturbs 
my Editor XMetal 2.1 from reading the encoding the right way)?
