What versions of PHP/Sablot/Apache are you using?

I built sablotron from the ports of my freebsd 4.3 machine and all went
well, but when I rebuilded php and tried to start the webserver I got this:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server:
/usr/local/lib/libsablot.so.60: Undefined symbol "iconv_open"
Anyone knows what's going on?
