I know there are developers working on Sablot to make it compliant.  We have
been told that by them on this list.

iXSLT (which works as a plugin for XMLSpy) can use:

<xsl:number level="any"/>

Sablotron cannot! :-(

When it will be 100% W3C-compliant?
