Hi everyone,

Could the services group get started with a centralised resource that
covers all the preferred terminology, etiquette, assistance protocols, and
screening (security as well as medical) that can be referenced whether it's
BCAS security screening or assisting onto transport or during elections or
crises or anything else.

@Smitha Sadasivan <[email protected]> already has the sector signed off
resource on etiquette, we have the sector's submission to BCAS for security
screening that amputees have signed off on, and there are recent resources
from Supreme Court, NCPEDP etc.

This would save a lot of repetitive work, special situations could be
annexures to a living document. Can address specific needs of invisible
disabilities also this way.
