Can the DEPwD format this with structures and a screenreader friendly
layout on the Swavlamban website as HTML for easy reference by lay people
and medical professionals alike?

There is an error in mental illness which needs to be rectified and so this
should be a living document too.

The various (expensive) scales referenced in this should be
cross-referenced and provided in screenreader friendly format within the
same website with downloadable print ready forms for administering.

User manuals of SADAREM software and the Maharashtra equivalent need to be
uploaded at this website as well, and a web app created for the complicated
calculations where human error is all too likely to crop in. Making this
available online would help in accountability of person making assessment
and address the many varying percentages reached for a single person's
disability at the same point of time.

Seema Baquer's recent document can be referenced for streamlining this
process / service.

States need to follow Telugu states' MeeSeva type booking for slots for
certification - even that, information gets rapidly outdated. The Nayi
Disha guide numbers didn't work, and the slot booking cannot happen online
by citizens but only at the Mee Seva centre. Tool 3 trips for a friend in
Hyderabad to figure out the slot opened only on 3rd January - with much
misguiding and misinformation along the way.
