Yes, these are the concerns. If you see my status paper on Higher
education; I have put a table across a  few areas like education,
Technical, and Medical.
 The wheelchairs being used by the airlines do have such wheelchairs as
discussed above and examination tables in Emergency sections and in
different specialist sections and even in Labs have this issue.* U*l*timately
it all comes to Universal Design as now we have an example of a Doctor who
falls into the category of being a Dwarf.*
Many private and other hospitals now give Wheelchairs only in the EMERGENCY
areas and not at the Main entrance!
