Mai 2009 KünstlerInnen: Sabine Bitter & Helmut Weber, Eva Brunner-Szabo, Robert F. Hammerstiel, Sabine Maier [aka Machfeld], Herwig Turk Das fotofestiwal in Łódź beauftragt jährlich KuratorInnen aus sechs Ländern, eine subjektive Auswahl an FotokünstlerInnen für eine Slide-Show zu treffen, um damit dem Publikum einen fragmentarischen Querschnitt der europäischen Fotokunstszene zu präsentieren. Heuer werden Arbeiten aus Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Österreich und Polen präsentiert; die Zusammenstellung des österreichischen Beitrags haben alien productions [FLUSS] übernommen. The fotofestiwal invited curators from six countries to create a slide-show programme. Each of them was asked to make a subjective choice of artists and photo projects that best reflect the character and condition of current photography of a given country. This year's projects stem from Austria, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Poland; the Austrian contribution was selected by alien productions [FLUSS].
