Also, long ago someone volunteered to set up 
https://www.youtube.com/user/sagemath and http://sagemath.wikispaces.com 
which are actually quite nice, if not complete.  I'm not going to put her 
public email here but will forward this to her in case she is interested in 
renewing that effort.

Also, many videos are already out there - William has used both Vimeo and 
https://www.youtube.com/user/wstein389/videos for some of his Sage videos. 
 It would be really great for this to be curated somehow.   But I, too, 
don't currently have time to do so.
