I can't think of any. In fact, as our current instructions show https://sagecell.sagemath.org/static/about.html you do not need to load jQuery for SageMathCell at all, it is now bundled with the rest anyway. (It used to be the case that you had to first load jquery and then embedded_sagecell.)
