Usually I hide the fullscreen button in the sagecell options using hide:
["fullScreen"].
But in a particular case I want students to adapt a larger script not at it's
beginning. The script produces an image which takes up lot of the screen,
leaving two little room for the input. Therefore I wanted to point the student
to the fullscreen button, but was surprised when it looked in the embedded cell
other than in the cell from which I copied it to my explanation.

I keep meaning to make a pull request that hides the fullscreen

has a reasonable use case for it.

Well, I could imagine if you want to see a really big piece of code all at once
that could be useful, rather than resizing the text box. I agree that it is
more than a little confusing, and weren't there accessibility issues with it
too on some browsers? I imagine it dates back to the original implementation.
