I'm not sure why it happens there and not elsewhere but I've some trouble
with non ascii encorede letters:

cleaning up working directory...done
abort: decoding near 'Sébastien ': 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in
position 1: ordinal not in range(128)!
I think the line in cause is
disjoint_sets_sl.patch:# User Sébastien Labbé <sla...@gmail.com>
Sébastien, I'm sorry to ask this to you but can you remove the accents in your
patches and refresh them ?
