Hi Andrew and Martin, To keep it simple, don't worry about the rebase right now. The sage-combinat queue is supposed to work with sage-5.0 and sage-5.1. We will wait until sage-5.2 is officially out to make it compatible with that. Most likely at that point everyone needs to switch to sage-5.2 since there are some global changes merged into sage-5.2 (not by sage-combinat developers) that make it difficult to keep backwards compatibility.
Martin, best for your would be to install sage-5.1 right now. Andrew, the .beta0, .beta1 versions are prereleases.
