I guarded two more patches and now the queue seems to be functional on
sage-5.2.rc0:

    kshape-om.patch #+5_2_rc0  needs rebase on 5_2_rc0!!!
    SFparalell-fh.patch #+5_2_rc0  needs rebase on 5_2_rc0!!!

Andrew, can you confirm that this is working for you now?
