I have found a bug in the definition of composition in Partition Algebras.
This bug shows up in the composition of two set partitions when the first
partition has a part of size 1. This is sufficiently basic that it makes me
wonder why this has not been noticed before.

I have also created a ticket and submitted a patch. The patch changes one
character so could not be simpler.
http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/15958

This is the first patch I have submitted and I am now hoping for a review
or feedback.

It took me some time to find out how to submit a patch. Some of the things
I needed to do were documented but I needed to have the right documentation
pointed out to me (thank you Anne). This got me to the point where
everything seemed to be working except git did not notice my changes. My
mistake was explained to me by a colleague (thank you John). My mistake was
to edit the file which I found using PartitionAlgebra?? whereas I needed to
edit the analogous file in the subdirectory of src/. If this is documented
I didn't find it.
