I haven't played seriously with it, but Manuel Kauers (in CC),
Maximilian Jaroschek, Fredrik Johansson, have developed a package that
includes guessing facilities:

The more people play with it, the better! I guess the author would
appreciate any feedback and help toward getting this package
progressively into Sage.
