Aye, the arrow is grey, then.  Also, to reduce the cluttered look, I've made it 
so the arrows are hidden unless the cell has the focus -- and I added some 
invisible padding so the thing isn't so damned squirrely.  Imagine that -- a 
button you can  actually CLICK on! :O  I never cease to amaze myself.
