Can you send the part of SAGE_ROOT/test.log that describes
the failures for

>         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/graphs/graph.py
>         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/graphs/graph_isom.py
>         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py

The dft.py is just a rounding randomness.  But I don't know what
would have caused the above three failures.
