It doesn't look like my patch for random_element() in RR got included.
Basically, it's giving RR its own random_element() since it's been
relying on a generic one:

It mimics the behavior of RDF's random_element(). Looking at the
archive, the way numbers are generated is still being discussed, so
this patch might be outdated. I'd be glad to update it. Has a
consensus been reached?
