Michael,

I put an ampersand at the end of this file:

  /Applications/Sage-2.5.app/Contents/MacOS/Sage-2.5

and now the jumping goes away.

I think the best way to build the SAGE OS X app is to
literally build it in place in that subdirectory instead
of using a pre-built binary. This makes this maximally
robust.

Interestingly, if somebody has X-code installed they could actually
upgrade the SAGE OS X .app, which is pretty cool.

Anyway, many thanks for making this thing. I think I understand
it better and will be able to improve it.

By the way, do you know if it would be possible for this file:

  /Applications/Sage-2.5.app/Contents/MacOS/Sage-2.5

to actually pop up a Terminal window with the SAGE notebook
server running in it? Just curious.

Anyway -- my plan is to modify the notebook command,
so that the notebook still opens the web browser
even if it is already running. That way a crazy user clicking
repeatedly on the sage icon will get a new window each time,
etc., and everything will -- for the most part -- nicely just work.
