Hello,

The next version of SAGE (version 2.5.4) will not include OpenSSL.
Instead it will include GNUTLS:

    http://www.gnu.org/software/gnutls/

There should be no nontrivial visible change in functionality.
The reason for this change is that the OpenSSL license is not-GPL
compatible because it has an advertising clause and a redistribution
acknowledgement clause.
