Unfortunately she appears to be doing a clean build from source
rather than an upgrade.   Because of the Cython code you wrote
that depends on FLINT, unfortunately the Sage library won't
build if FLINT isn't built.   So in addition to touching that file,
she'll also have to comment out a line in setup.py.

It would be really good to understand why FLINT is having trouble
building.  I wonder if it is picking up the wrong GMP somehow?
