Make that Darwin-9.0.0 and Darwin-9.1.0. But that check is also
present in a bunch of other spkgs like python. So I opened #1253 as a
blocker to 2.8.14 and I will fix all the spkgs along the way while
compiling rc0 on bsd, a 10.5.1 box.
