There were 27GB of apache error and access logs going back years, so I
deleted them:

15M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593388800
14M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593475200
16M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593561600
17M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593648000
14M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593734400
16M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593820800
16M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593907200
17M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593993600
16M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1594080000
14M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1594166400
27G total

They are in snapshots if we ever need them. Now:

root@trac:/var/log/apache2# df -h .
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 99G 66G 29G 70% /

There were also 1777 daily trac snapshots going back to 2018, so I
deleted a lot of those (since they cost a little bit to store).
