Juli 2025 um 23:36:25 UTC+2: yes, this is because the superduperminimal _bootstrap pre-reqs don't have pkg-config, and pkg-config is no longer a Sage spkg, so it can't get installed by Sage, it has to be provided. This broke some package/wheels related CI. Should be fixed in the coming beta.
