Hi Andrzej,
any kind of seemingly Heisenbug that was hard/impossible to reproduce
has bitten us in the ass down the road, so everybody please report any
seemingly inconsequential or random failure. I am more than willing to
invest an unreasonable amount of my time hunting down such bugs. See
the ssmod bug you helped to discover which is caused by a major issue
in LinBox that is absolutely essential to fix.
