In general I don't like to dump information into the wiki in an
unstructured forms, i.e. all those development resources should be in
one namespace for example. The TracGuidelines page is now more or less
in the Development Guide, so one we do the ReST transition in the next
couple weeks and we have consitent names across releases I would like
to delete the content of the wiki page and then refer to the right
page in the Development Guide and update content there. So while the
wiki is a good staging area for information I think "mature"
documentation should be moved since maintaining multiple sets of the
same info in different forms will lead to out of date information in
one form of not both. I certainly appreciate your effort here, but I
would like to maximize the benefit here, too :)
